We take into account the artist’s career stage, portfolio, and recognition. More established artists with a proven exhibition history or collector base may command higher prices, while emerging artists are priced to help build their audience and encourage first-time buyers.
The size of the piece and the materials used (oil, acrylic, mixed media, sculpture, etc.) play a big role. Larger pieces or those created with high-end or specialty materials are naturally priced higher due to the cost of production and time invested.
We value the labor behind the art. The more intricate or time-consuming the technique—like hand-sculpting, layering textures, or custom framing—the more it reflects in the price. We ensure the artist is compensated for their time, talent, and technical skill.
Some pieces include custom or gallery-quality framing, which adds to both the visual impact and cost. If a piece is sold framed, that value is factored into the final price.
We analyze comparable works in the regional and national art market to ensure pricing is competitive yet appropriate. Our goal is to make fine art accessible without undervaluing our artists' work.
In some cases, a piece may hold significant emotional or cultural resonance. If it was created for a special exhibition, inspired by historical events, or tied to a community story, that intangible value can also influence the pricing.
We’re passionate about helping people start or grow their collections, so we offer: payment plans, special rates for repeat collectors, negotiated pricing for bundled purchases or commissions.
